The latest to be harvested in The Teh Company's White Tea series, the Gong Mei consists of one bud and three to four leaves with the leave sizes considerably bigger than the White Peony. Naturally dried under the sun and heated slowly with charcoal, the Gong Mei provides a mellow taste with the most robust floral flavor amongst our white teas.
